Switch Over CS Professional Old Syllabus to New SyllabusAll students (Executive/Professional) who desire to opt for Switchover to 2017 (new) syllabus are required to submit the certified declaration at the our portal http://support.icsi.edu (You may cut paste the information as below in to the specified text box where you raise your request for switchover by using the option Student Services and thereafter Switchover as topic and sub-topic.

The students who appeared in December 2018 session of examination are not eligible for Switchover (Please mention your Roll No.___________ for December 2018 Session of Examination)

I, student, with Regn. No. _______________ with the name _______________ have taken note of the below:

  1. I am aware of the fact that my Result for December 2018 will be withheld if I switchover to New Syllabus 2017.
  2. I shall have to clear Online Pre-Examination Test which is compulsory under the new syllabus before enrolling for any examinations
  3. The steps for appearing in Online Pre-Exam Test and Process of Payment of Fee by the Students who are yet to Remit fees towards Pre-Examination Test is available in URL: Click Here
  4. The books / study material for New Syllabus have to be procured by me at a cost after switchover. 5. I am well aware of irrevocable switchover (Revert switchover is not permissible).

    i am a student of cs professional course.(old syllabus). out of 4, 3 groups are remaining.
    i wish to give 2nd and 4th group in june attempt.
    i want to ask that from the 3rd group ,if am required to give strategic managemnt papr in dec. attempt or it will be exempted as it is not in the new syllabus.

I was planning to appear in the Module III of the new syllabus for the term June 2016 and suddenly came across the site wherein it is stated the Institute had arranged to appear for Module III for the June 2016 under old syllabus also.Can I appear under old syllabus of Module III (consisting of the papers Stategic Management Alliances and International Trade and Advanced Tax Laws and Practice ) and any other module along with it ?Pl confirm so that I can plan my preparation for it.

    I will pass 3rd and 4th module in first attempt on June 2013 in old syllabus in hindi, and now I want to give 1st and 2nd module both in old syllabus please reply me, it is possible or not.

    I m registered under old syllabus for professional exam.
    I have already cleared module 1,2,4….left with 3rd module consisting of subject advanced tax and strategic management.
    My query is we are allowed two more attempts by the institute valid upto june16….so do it need to give the exam for elective subject also or jus the two papers consisting in tax and SM.

    The ICSI has notified, there would be two more attempts allowed, in the old syllabus
    that is – December 2015 and June 2016.
    This is to the benefit of many students out over there, in the old syllabus…

    I have cleared all papers except for Financial management and Corporate restruing. now is it inportant to choose one optional paper. if so i have choosen insurance law and practice.
    but while filling exam form they are showing option to choose MODULE I, MODULE II, ALL MODULES (INCLUDING INSURANCE LAW AND PRACTICE) I WANT TO GIVE MY REMAINING PAPER FM AND CR . SHOULD I HAVE TO CHOOSE POTION OF ALL MODULES THAT IT SHOWING ALL MODULES (INSURANCE LAW AND PRACTICE)

  13. Sir,

    I’ve cleared 1st and 4th group of CS professionals in June 2015 attempt. Now because of some personal reasons I want to surrender my pass result and want to give all 9 papers under new syllabus in Dec, 2015 exams.

    Please guide me that whether I could surrender my pass result or not ?
    and
    If not, then in Dec 2015 exams, ICSI will bound me to appear in how many papers ?

    Do tell me the respective procedures.
