The Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (ICAI) Started Online Examination forms for CA Nov 2020 Exams, ICAI Exam Form Nov 2020 is started from 5th August 2020 and last date is 25th August 2020 (4th September With Late Fees). Detailed instructions for filling up the exam forms online are enclosed. ICAI Candidates are advised to read, understand and follow the instructions carefully while filling up the form. ICAI Exam Form – The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India is Conducted CA Final and CA IPCC (CA Inter) Exams Every Year in this month of May and in the month of November. If any candidate is going to appear for CA Examinations to be held in Nov 2020, you have to apply online at ICAI official website icaiexam.icai.org and pay CA Exam fee online only.

Step 1: Create Your Account at ICAI Exam Portal:

For Submitting CA Final and CA IPCC Exam Forms, candidates need to Register new account. New account is mandatory for all new students only i.e who can fill CA Exam Form 1st Time. If you can fill CA Exam form in last attempt then you will require to login your old login ID and Password, if you not remember your old password then please forget your password before login. In case you had created login at icaiexam.icai.org while applying for Final/Intermediate(IPC)/CPT exams held in earlier attempt then there is no need to create the login again. You may just login using your SingleSignOn credentials (ie; LoginId & Password) and access all the activities under one umbrella.

For new registration Every student require to create his account and authenticating your Student Registration Number (eg: CRO0123456) with your date of birth, your VALID email-id and mobile number. (In Case your Name is not displayed on entering the registration number and Date of Birth, you can still create the login as a PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE by providing correct particulars. You must submit the copy of registration letter and other relevant documents with your application form in case your login is created as Provisional Candidate.)

Please Double check your email-id and other registration details: provided by you in the above step, since the login-id and password created by you for filling up the application form would be sent to this email address and mobile only.

Step 2: Login and Pay Fee Online:

After Creating New Account, you will get your login ID and Password at your mail address, Check you mail and copy your user name and password. Now you will require to login at icai online exam form website, After login please fill all require details carefully and confirm the particulars displayed in the Confirmation Page and Pay the Fees Online using Master, Visa Credit card or Debit card.

ICAI Exam Form CAknowledge

Important –  Candidates whose photographs and signatures are not in exam data base, i.e. those whose photographs and signatures are not displayed on the screen, are required to fill the examination application form, take a print out of the profile form, affix their photographs and signatures at the designated place, get the form attested by a Chartered Accountant or Gazetted officer or Head of an educational institution and submit the same at the designated offices of the Institute on or before the specified dates indicated on the portal. However, such candidates are also required to scan and upload their Certificate of Service, on the portal.

  • Step 1 : Download relevant Certificate of Service  format from above download links..
  • Step 2 : Fill all the particulars
  • Next Step 3 : Get it attested from Principal/Member
  • Step 4 : Scan the same in following image formats Jpg/Jpeg file of size 100-200Kb/ 200DPI resolution and keep it ready for uploading
  • Step 5 : Visit on ICAI Official Exam form website – https://icaiexam.icai.org/
  • Now Step 6 : Login in your Account by using your Registration Number and Password, Now your Dashboard is appeared on your screen (Note – If you are first time user then please register on ICAI Portal and then you will get password at your mail address)
  • Step 7 : Click on “Apply for Nov 2020 Exams” OR “Click on Edit Application
  • Step 8 : Now a Popup Window Show, Please click on Ok Button and you may reach at Exam form Page
  • Last Step 9 : Scroll down below and you may see “DECLARATION CERTIFICATE ” tab, Same like below screenshot
How to Upload Certificate of Service
  • Step 10 : Choose your Scan File and your Certificate of Service IS Successfully uploaded at ICAI Exam Portal, fill all other required details n Submit Your Form

Please Follow Next Steps only in one case i.e. if your photographs and signatures are not in exam data base

Step 3: Make Payment and Take print out of PDF form

Now you will Require toMake payment and after successfully payment Take print out of Exam form in PDF form on A4 size paper with Portrait orientation. Please Do Not print on both sides of the paper.

You can send the email for the refund of fees. However, any multiple payments received by us for the same student (applying more than once with the same Registration Number) will be refunded by the office on its own at the end of the online forms process.

Step 4: Affix Photograph & Signature:

After Taking Print out of Exam form you will require to Paste your Photograph and Sign the form using Black Ink Pen and get the form attested by Principal/Member of the Institute/gazetted officer, as mentioned in the form printed in Step 3 above.

Important – Candidates whose photographs and signatures are in examination data base, i.e. those whose photographs and signatures are displayed on the screen and pdf, on the portal, when they log in, are not required to take a print out (PDF) of the exam form and submit it. However it is advised that they keep a printout or soft copy of the form for their records

How to edit the ICAI Online Exam Form 2020?

Students can change their choices on the CA Final Exam forms via the correction windows by following the steps below:

  • Click on the link given above to open the Examination page of ICAI.

  • Click on the ‘Login/ Register’ tab.

  • Open the application in your profile’s dashboard and check the information.

  • Click on ‘No change required’ or ‘Make Changes’ according to your requirement.

  • Make the appropriate changes and click on ‘Submit’.

  • Make the payment of Rs. 1000 via online mode, if using the application correction window- 2.

      As per ICAI official Notification (https://resource.cdn.icai.org/44584exam34436.pdf), Candidates whose photographs and signatures are displayed on the screen, on the portal, when they log in, are not required to take a print out(PDF) of the exam form and submit it.

      So you will not require to Send your Form at ICAI, but Please take print out of form for future reference….

      Your Form is not accepted at ICAI office after 26th August 2016, Then you will require to send form at ICAI office via post. Please submit form timely by sign your form from another principle and attach application for non availability of your principle.

      as per ICAI you may attested form by a member of the Institute or your Principal in the case of Final candidates. However in the case of Intermediate (IPC) Exam candidates, it may be got attested by a Gazetted Officer also. and In the member all chartered accountants are covered.

    I have plenty of questions.
    1. Sir, if I wants to appear in nov 2016 exam, is this registration is valid? Or should I revalid???

      3. ICAI not allowed mobiles for filing exam form so you will get error, please fill your exam form via any laptop or desktop computer.

    And I was issued admit card.
    Now vn i m filling my exam form for nov 2016 its asking last appearence in final exam detail
    Should it be applicable to me????

    At the time of first attempt I gave some address for the purpose of personal details in the examination application form . presently we are living different location so I forgot change the personal details of mine . In the past location no one living presently . please Help me what can I do .if I will pass in this attempt memo will be go to that place or if any have chance of changes the location for memo

      If you already filled your exam form then you are not able to edit your details, you may attach a application with Exam form with correct details and also attach a address proof and Please also Clarify from ICAI before take any action.

        But when i entered my registration number it shows that it doesn’t match our records ????!
        What should i do?
        I also called the helpline numbers.. Some were not picking up the call
        One sir told try later

          There are no problem in site, i check again please enter correct registration number and Date of Birth and if problem is not resolve then only ICAI help your. You may also fill offline form by visit to your Nearest ICAI Branch.

            I called up the helpline number.. He said to do provisional registration n put the copy of registration letter with the exam form.. Is it ok?
