A situation in life is a problem when mind is weak; a challenge when mind is balanced and an opportunity when mind is strong and confident. When an egg is broken from outside, life ends but when it is broken from inside, life begins. Handle any challenge with your inner energy than by mere undue influence of extraneous factors. Confidence doesn’t come when you have all the answers but it comes when you are ready to face all the questions. e solution lies in the attitude. A happy person is always happy, not because everything is right in life but because his attitude towards everything in life is right.
If you learn to face any adverse situation in life, you don’t get perturbed and you will not be robbed of your happiness all through your life. Believe me when I say that there is no human being in this world who does not encounter any problem. Equally true is the fact that there is no achiever in life who did not face any failure. My dear young friends, please also realize that there is no problem in life without a solution and there is no failure that can’t be converted into a success.

Stress does not lie in the situation but in the way we deal with it. Everything you want in life is waiting for you-an inch outside your comfort zone and an inch inside your effort zone. By sheer determination and hard work you can accomplish your goals. Many of life’s failures are people who did not realize how close they were to success when they gave up. Success may not come the way you want it and when you want it. But, if you have perseverance, success will definitely come your way one day and as and when it comes it would be much better than what you wanted.
All through the journey of your life, be grateful to your parents, teachers, the Institutions you grew with, the society, the nation and the universe as a while. e sense of gratitude is the silver lining of any accomplished life. When you look back and give a little bit of your affection, bondage, loyalty, affiliation in some form or the other, you have done that extra mileage to make your life more adorable. We are all mortals and don’t have any eternal existence. Nevertheless, we can build Institutions which would be permanent, we can adopt principles which would last for eternity and we can practice values that hold good for generations to follow.
Strike a balance between personal life and career path. Make a sincere attempt to score the minimum pass mark in every role that you perform in life while you may excel to get distinction in some of those roles so that in aggregate you are above the benchmark like in the CA examination. ere is no use in scoring centum in some roles and to remain a big zero in one or the other roles. You will not be declared as qualified or a success in life with such a performance and scoring.
I have immense faith in all of you and I am confident that you will do justice as the architects of future India. I am sure some of you would grow in stature so as to give your signature the status of an autograph. Gone are the days when only film personalities, sports persons and political leaders could be considered as celebrities. In the emerging scenario, people with creativity, innovation, opinion making, knowledge dissemination and those who make the world a better place to live would all be celebrities. Aspire to emerge out as a “Role Model” to your next generation.
Some of you, I wish and pray, would cease to be mere readers of history but would turn out to be creators of history. Many of you, even while leading an ordinary life, might be perceived by the society as extra-ordinary by the contribution you make to the society in your own way. By doing ordinary things with an extra-ordinary passion, you will manifest yourself into a legendary personality.
I can visualize that your future unfolding is very bright and promising. I plead and urge every one of you to hold your head high and walk with courage of conviction that you will justify your existence in this world by crossing many milestones and touching as many lives as possible.
