  5. The Duty Credit Scrip granted classified were intangible goods under Vat schedule III of S.No. 3 & vat was fixed @ 5% . Under GST regime this not find . So No HSN code found. what we do please advice.

    My question is whether they have to get the Bond cum under taking from their GST range?

  9. Pl update to be in alignment with gst act. Pl don’t present old outdated index.what you have is model Gst law before enactment. This will mislead readers.
