ICAI Online Exam Form Procedure

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the exam schedule for Dec 2021 session. Students will be able to fill the CA Intermediate 2021 application form from September 16th, 2021 till 30th September 2021 without late.

Step 1: Create Your Account:

For Submitting CA Final and CA IIntermediate Exam Forms, you need to register a new account. The new account is mandatory for all students even you already create an account in the last attempts, Means Every student require to create this account and authenticating your Student Registration Number (eg: CRO0123456) with your date of birth, your VALID email-id and mobile number. (In Case your Name is not displayed on entering the registration number and Date of Birth, you can still create the login as a PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE by providing correct particulars. You must submit a copy of the registration letter and other relevant documents with your application form in case your login is created as Provisional Candidate.)

CA Final CA IPCC Exam Form, ICAI Exam Form

Double-check your email-id: provided by you in the above step, since the login-id and password created by you for filling up the application form would be sent to this email address and mobile-only.

Step 2: Complete Your Profile

After Fill all Details in Step 1, Please click on the “Register Button” and Success method is shown and you may also see your user name and Password. On the Same Screen, Please click on “Go to step 2 and complete your profile” in this page please enter your personal details and click on submit button.

Step 2: Login and Pay Fee Online:

After Completion of Step 2 registration, Please go to your dashboard and verify your email address and mobile number, then you will see “Apply Online for Final or IPCC”. And if you are old student then your Last Exam Form Pic and Sign has also appeared in your dashboard”

Login here with the username and password you receive in your email ID and mobile as provided in Step 1 above. Now please login into your account and Fill up the Online Application form carefully, confirm the particulars displayed in the Confirmation Page and Pay the Fees Online using Master Card, Maestro Card, or by Visa Credit or Debit card. You may find Fees Details at Below.

Important – Candidates whose photographs and signatures are in the examination database, i.e. those whose photographs and signatures are displayed on the screen, on the portal, when they log in, are not required to take a printout (PDF) of the exam form and submit it.

Important –  Candidates whose photographs and signatures are not in exam data base, i.e. those whose photographs and signatures are not displayed on the screen, are required to fill the examination application form, take a print out of the profile form, affix their photographs and signatures at the designated place, get the form attested by a Chartered Accountant or Gazetted officer or Head of an educational institution and submit the same at the designated offices of the Institute on or before the specified dates indicated on the portal. However, such candidates are also required to scan and upload their Certificate of Service, on the portal.

How to Upload Certificate of Service at ICAI Exam Portal

  • Step 1 : Download relevant Certificate of Service  format from above download links..
  • Step 2 : Fill all the particulars
  • Step 3 : Get it attested from Principal/Member
  • Step 4 : Scan the same in following image formats Jpg/Jpeg file of size 100-200Kb200DPIresolution and keep it ready for uploading
  • Step 5 : Visit on ICAI Official Exam form website –
  • Step 6 : Login in your Account by using your Registration Number and Password and your Dashboard is appeared (Note – If you are first time user then please register on ICAI Portal and then you will get password at your mail address)
  • Step 7 : Click on “Apply for Dec 2021 Exams” OR “Click on Edit Application
  • Step 8 : Now a Popup Window Show, Please click on Ok Button and you may reach at Exam form Page
  • Step 9 : Scroll down below and you may see “DECLARATION CERTIFICATE ” tab, Same like below screenshot
How to Upload Certificate of Service
  • Step 10 : Choose your Scan File and your Certificate of Service IS Successfully uploaded at ICAI Exam Portal, fill all other required details n Submit Your Form

Please Follow the Next Steps only in one case i.e. if your photographs and signatures are not in the exam database

Step 3: Login Again to Take print out of PDF form

Now you will Require to Login Again to Take a printout of the Exam form in PDF form on A4 size paper with Portrait orientation. Please Do Not print on both sides of the paper.

Please pay again and successfully get the PDF. You can send an email for the refund of fees. However, any multiple payments received by us for the same student (applying more than once with the same Registration Number) will be refunded by the office on its own at the end of the online forms process.

Step 4: Affix Photograph & Signature:

After Taking Print out of the Exam form you will require to Paste your Photograph and Sign the form using Black Ink Pen and get the form attested by the Principal/Member of the Institute/gazetted officer, as mentioned in the form printed in Step 3 above.

How to Change Photo and Sign

Hi, Freinds if your photo and sign already appear in your exam form profile and if you want to change or update your photo and sign in your application form then, please follow the below procedure.

Please Note – You may change your photo and sign before make payment, after making payment you are not able to edit your exam form.

  • Step 1 – Register and login at ICAI Exam form website
  • Step 2 – Now please verify your email address and Mobile Number, After Verification of email and mobile number you will see “Apply Online” option
  • Step 3 – Now Please click on Apply Online and enter all required details
  • Step 4 – In Application Section, you will see option for “do you want to change your “photo & Signature“, Please click on that option and upload your new photo and signature…

Please Note – Applicants whose photograph/signature are not appearing on the PDF have to affix their photograph & sign the PDF

Step 5: Send us the printout:

Those candidates whose photographs and signatures are displayed on the screen, when the candidate logs in to the above-mentioned portal, need NOT submit physical copies of their exam forms(PDF) at the office/s of ICAI.

The Last Date for Receipt of Printout of Exam Application form (PDF) filled Online after affixing photograph and specimen signature and signing the declaration duly countersigned by the Principal/Gazetted Officer.
