ICAI Online Exam Form Procedure

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the exam schedule for May 2022 session. Students will be able to fill the CA Intermediate 2022 application form from February 21, 2022, till 13 March 2022 without late.

Step 1:Create Your Account:

For Submitting CA Final and CA IIntermediate Exam Forms, you need to register a new account. The new account is mandatory for all students even you already create an account in the last attempts, Means Every student require to create this accountand authenticating your Student Registration Number (eg: CRO0123456) with your date of birth, your VALID email-id and mobile number. (In Case your Name is not displayed on entering the registration number and Date of Birth, you can still create the login as a PROVISIONAL CANDIDATE by providing correct particulars. You must submit a copy of the registration letter and other relevant documents with your application form in case your login is created as Provisional Candidate.)

CA Final CA IPCC Exam Form, ICAI Exam Form

Double-check your email-id:provided by you in the above step, since the login-id and password created by you for filling up the application form would be sent to this email address and mobile-only.

Step 2:Complete Your Profile

After Fill all Details in Step 1, Please click on the “Register Button” and Success method is shown and you may also see your user name and Password. On the Same Screen, Please click on “Go to step 2 and complete your profile” in this page please enter your personal details and click on submit button.

Step 2:Login and Pay Fee Online:

After Completion of Step 2 registration, Please go to your dashboard and verify your email address and mobile number, then you will see “Apply Online for Final or IPCC”. And if you are old student then your Last Exam Form Pic and Sign has also appeared in your dashboard”

Now please login into your account andFill up the Online Application form carefully, confirm the particulars displayed in the Confirmation Page and Pay the Fees Online using Master Card, MaestroCard, or byVisa Credit or Debit card.You may find Fees Details at Below.

Important – Candidates whose photographs and signatures are in the examination database, i.e. those whose photographs and signatures are displayed on the screen, on the portal, when they log in, are not required to take a printout (PDF) of the exam form and submit it.

How to Upload Certificate of Service at ICAI Exam Portal

  • Step 1 : Download relevant Certificate of Service  format from above download links..
  • Step 2 : Fill all the particulars
  • Step 3 : Get it attested from Principal/Member
  • Step 4 : Scan the same in following image formats Jpg/Jpeg file of size 100-200Kb200DPIresolution and keep it ready for uploading
  • Step 5 : Visit on ICAI Official Exam form website –
  • Step 6 : Login in your Account by using your Registration Number and Password and your Dashboard is appeared (Note – If you are first time user then please register on ICAI Portal and then you will get password at your mail address)
  • Step 7 : Click on “Apply for May 2022 Exams” OR “Click on Edit Application
  • Step 8 : Now a Popup Window Show, Please click on Ok Button and you may reach at Exam form Page
  • Step 9 : Scroll down below and you may see “DECLARATION CERTIFICATE ” tab, Same like below screenshot
How to Upload Certificate of Service
  • Step 10:Choose your Scan File and yourCertificate of Service IS Successfully uploadedat ICAI Exam Portal, fill all other required details n Submit Your Form

Please Follow the Next Steps only in one case i.e. if yourphotographs and signatures are not in the exam database

Step 3:Login Again to Take print out of PDF form

Now you will Require to Login Again to Take a printout of the Exam form in PDF formon A4 size paper with Portrait orientation. Please Do Not print on both sides of the paper.

Please pay again and successfully get the PDF. You can send an email for the refund of fees. However, any multiple payments received by us for the same student (applying more than once with the same Registration Number) will be refunded by the office on its own at the end of the online forms process.

Step 4:Affix Photograph and Signature:

After Taking Print out of the Exam form you will require to Paste your Photograph andSign the form using Black Ink Penand get the form attested by the Principal/Member of the Institute/gazetted officer, as mentioned in the form printed in Step 3 above.

How to Change Photo and Sign

Hi, Freinds if your photo and sign already appear in your exam form profile and if you want to change or update your photo and sign in your application form then, please follow the below procedure.

Please Note – You may change your photo and sign before make payment, after making payment you are not able to edit your exam form.

  • Step 1 – Register and login at ICAI Exam form website
  • Step 2- Now please verify your email address and Mobile Number, After Verification of email and mobile number you will see “ApplyOnline” option
  • Step 3- Now Please click on Apply Online andenter all required details
  • Step4-In Application Section, you will see option for “do you want to change your “photo and Signature“, Please click on that option and upload your new photo and signature…

Step 5:Send us the printout:

Those candidates whose photographs and signatures are displayed on the screen, when the candidate logs in to the above-mentioned portal, need NOT submit physical copies of their exam forms(PDF) at the office/s of ICAI.

The Last Date for Receipt of Printout of Exam Application form (PDF) filled Online after affixing photograph and specimen signature and signing the declaration duly countersigned by the Principal/Gazetted Officer.

  14. Sir, I had filed the examination form for Final examination online before the due date on 20th Aug without late fee but my CA has gone out of Delhi so my form has yet not been signed. And the last date of submission of physical copy for those who have filed online without late fee is tomorrow i.e. 30th Aug. Now i dont see any options for late fee in the portal of ICAI.       As per ICAI your form is not accepted after 30th August 2016 if you can fill form without late fees and this decision is take by ICAI that your form is accepted or not accepted after reach of 30th august 2016, as per examination form rules your form is not accepted after 30th august 2016 if you can fill form without late fess.

      As per ICAI your form is not accepted after 30th August 2016 if you can fill form without late fees, Please send form before 29th August 2016 so your form reach timely.

      ICAI not Say that Speed post or registered post is compulsory or not but in ICAI Exam form guidance they clearly say that send form via speed post or registered post. as per icai guidance note “You may send printout of the form by SpeedPost/Registered Post (not courier) without folding and Superscribing the envelope as “Exam Application Form – Final November, 2016”

As due to some reasons there was a delay in filling of the form 108, now to fill the exam form the enclosed certification of services asks for the date . can I write still pending . n send the letter later as and when I receive it from the institute.       Yes your form is accepted, but please attach a application for non receivable of articleship completion certificate and when you will receive your articleship completion letter then send to ICAI, Please send your form timely.

      You are not able to correct exemption details in correction window,in correction window you may change only centre, medium, and Group. if you submit application for correction then no need to do anything.

      Your Form is not accepted at ICAI office after 26th August 2016, Then you will require to send form at ICAI office via post till 30th August 2016. Please submit form timely by sign your form from another principle and attach application for non availability of your principle.

      IPCC Form is attested from any Chartered Accountant or if you are in CA Final and your articleship is not completed then attest your form only form your Principle.

    My CA under whom i am registered has left the firm in which i was pursuing my articleship and has now joined some other firm. Now in exam form its required to get it attested by your CA with the firm seal. So which firm’s seal i am supposed to use on that form. The previous one in which my CA was a partner or of the new firm.

      In my best knowledge Register your form with current CA Firm, if ICAI find any problem in your form then they will intimate you via separate letter. please also try to contact ICAI and try to find solution form ICAI.

      ICAI Specified some ICAI Branches for accept exam form, if your ICAI branch is accept your exam form then yes you can submit.

      If you want to submit form after 30th August then fill form with late fees and submit form till 06-09-2016. if you fill form without late fees and submit after 30 august 2016 then your form is not accepted.

  34. hello i got my photo and sign on the pdf so there is no need to do it again ……there are only two things to fill up i think.. ,,,the first one is CPT and it’s roll number and year of pass of cpt and the second one is to sign with a CA and nothing more to fill up …….am i right ?????
