sir pls tell me which subjects will remain d same i mean will companies act 2013 have any impact on busniess law and ethics and governence or will it change only corporate law..
2.which chapters of direct tax r same as last time i mean which chapters have no amandments? does finance act 2014 have any impact on international taxion(in cma inter) ..
