GST Collection in April 2021 scales record high of Rs 1.41 lakh crore

GST Collection: The Gross GST Revenue in the month of April 2021 is at a record high of Rs. 1,41,384 crore is CGST. 27,837 crore, SGST Rs 35,621, IGST Rs 68,481 crore (including Rs 29,599 crore collected on import of goods) and Cess is Rs. 9,445 crore (including Rs 981 crore collected on import of goods).

In line with the trend of recovery in the last six months, the revenue in the month of April 2021 is 14% higher than the revenue collected in the previous month. In April, revenue from domestic transactions (including imports of services) is 21% higher than revenue from these sources during the previous month.

The GST revenue has not only successfully crossed Rs 1 lakh crore for the last seven months but has also shown steady growth.

नई दिल्ली.अप्रैल में सरकार को गुड्स एंड सर्विसेज टैक्स (जीएसटी) से 1.13 लाख करोड़ रुपए मिले हैं। यह अब तक का सबसे ज्यादा कलेक्शन है। पिछला रिकॉर्ड इसी साल मार्च महीने का है। तब जीएसटी से 1.06 लाख करोड़ रुपए मिले थे। जुलाई 2017 में जीएसटी लागू हुआ था।

एक साल में 10% बढ़ा कलेक्शन
पिछले साल अप्रैल में 1,03,459 करोड़ रुपए का कलेक्शन हुआ था। यह पहली बार था जब आंकड़ा 1 लाख के ऊपर पहुंचा था। अप्रैल 2018 के मुकाबले इस साल अप्रैल में कलेक्शन 10.05% बढ़ा है। अब तक 5 बार जीएसटी कलेक्शन का आंकड़ा 1 लाख करोड़ रुपए या इससे ऊपर पहुंचा है।
