BCECE Application Form 2021

Candidates may get the BCECE Application Form 2021 through the online mode from the official link. The Application Form will be released from August 2021. Candidates can fill the application form till the 3rd week of August 2021. Candidates have to fill PART A & PART B and save it for further use.

Step 1: Registration

  • Go to the official site. (Link is given above)
  • Click on the given link “Apply for the BCECE 2021”.
  • Read the instructions carefully.
  • Click on “New Registration”.
  • Fill your Name, Course group, Date of birth, residential eligibility, reservation category, and other required fields.
  • Now, you have to fill Mobile number/Email address and password.
  • After filling all details, click on “Sign up” button.
  • Now, you have to review and confirm your data before submission.
  • If your data is correct click on “Confirm” button.
  • After that, you will get an activation link on your email id.
  • Click on “Click Here to Verify/Activate” link.
  • Enter activation code given on email ID & click on “submit” button.

Step 2: Personal Information

  • Login with “Email ID” & “Password”.
  • Fill your personal details such as father name, mother name, gender, mark of identification, Do you claim Service Man Quota (SMQ)?, address, etc.
  • After filling all details, click on “Save & Continue” button.
  • Fill the required entries carefully.

Step 3: Upload Images

After filling the basic details candidates have to upload their scanned photograph and signature in the given boxes. After filling all the details and uploading of the scanned images, click on “Save & Continue” for the further process.

Step 4: Education Information

Now candidates have to “Fill the Educational Information”. In this step, candidates have to fill their educational information like X & XII school name, board, passing status and year of passing. After filling the details, candidates have to click on “Save & Continue” button.

After filling the educational information, candidates will be asked to “review and confirm the data before submission”. Here in this step candidates and click on “Yes, I confirm my data to be correct” to proceed further.

Step 5: Preview Your Application

Before fee payment, candidates must preview their application. Check all the details are correct & pay the fee.

Step 6: Fee Payment

Candidates have to login/sign up with the given registration number and password. After successful login candidates have to deposit the application form fee. The fee will be submitted through Bank Challan or Online Payment.

a. Bank Challan: If candidates have to deposit the fee through Bank Challan they have to click on the button of “Print Challan”. By this, three copies of the Challan will be displayed on the computer screen. The one copy of Challan will be deposited to the bank, second copy will be submitted to the board and the third copy will be taken by the candidate. Take a printout of the Bank Challan. The fee will be paid from any branch of Canara bank.

After the fee payment candidate will get the Demand Draft (DD). Candidates will note down the Transaction Id/Journal No. that is written in the DD. Candidates who pay the fee through bank Challan they will have to pay extra fee money of Rs. 50/-.

b. Online Payment: If candidates have to deposit their fee through online process they have to click on the button “Online Payment” link. After that they will deposit the fee via Net Banking / Debit Card / Credit Card that is provided in the website. The fee will be paid with Transaction Processing Charge or Service Tax.

Step 7: Download Application

After completing all the steps, candidates may download the application form PART A and PART B for future use. Also, candidates can print their address slip. Candidates should save the printcopy of application for future use.
