भोपाल। मेरी बस एक ही चाहत है कि खुद को इतना सक्षम बना सकूं कि मुझे देखकर कोई यह न सोचे कि मैं एक लड़की या महिला हूं। मैं चाहती हूं कि समाज में मेरी पहचान एक पूर्ण सक्षम इंसान (कैपेबल पर्सन) के तौर पर बने। जेंडर डिस्क्रीमिनेशन मुझे बर्दाश्त नहीं होता। मुझे नहीं पता कि भविष्य में क्या होगा, लेकिन जो जिम्मेदारी मुझे दी जाएगी, उसे पूरी शिद्दत से निभाने का प्रयास करूंगी। अपने काम और समझ से समाज के लिए कुछ अच्छा कर सकूं, यही मेरी ख्वाइश है। अगर मैं आईएएस न बन पाती तो वकालत करती।
- पीएससी में 23वीं रैंक हासिल कर भारतीय प्रशासनिक सेवा के लिए चुनी गईं नरसिंहपुर की तपस्या परिहार ने महज 25 साल की उम्र में दूसरे अटेम्ट में यह सफलता हासिल की है।
- उनके पिता विश्वास परिहार किसान हैं। सोशल मीडिया के सवाल पर तपस्या कहती हैं कि चार महीने में सिर्फ दो मर्तबा फेसबुक लॉगइन किया है।
- 4 दिसंबर को पापा के साथ फोटो पोस्ट किया था, फिर 22 मार्च को इंटरव्यू के बाद घर पहुंचकर एक फोटो पोस्ट किया। इससे ज्यादा कुछ नहीं।
- तपस्या ने बताया कि बीए-एलएलबी के बाद 10 महीने दिल्ली में कोचिंग ज्वाइन की, 2015-16 का यूपीएससी अटेम्ट किया, लेकिन प्रीलिम्स में ही फेल हो गई। इसके बाद कोचिंग बंद कर दी।
- टॉपर्स के इंटरव्यू पढ़े, फिर खुद में कमियों को ढूंढकर उन्हें दूर करने की स्ट्रेटजी बनाई। इस बीच सोशल मीडिया से दूर रही।
पढ़ाई से पहले सिलेबस और वक्त का किया बंटवारा
- मैंने कोचिंग बंद करने के बाद सभी 7 विषयों के लिए टाइम का बंटवारा कर लिया। 18 जून को हुई प्रीलिम्स के लिए दिसंबर से पढ़ाई शुरू की।
- पूरी सिलेबस का इस बीच तीन बार रिवीजन किया। पूरे सिलेबस को 8 विषयों में बांटा और हर विषय को (6 माह) में लगभग बराबर वक्त दिया। मेंस के लिए 4 माह (120 दिन) का वक्त मिला।
12वीं में तय कर लिया था कि आईएएस बनना है
- केंद्रीय विद्यालय से पीसीएम विषय के साथ 12वीं पास की। परीक्षा के बाद मैंने घर वालों को साफ कह दिया कि मुझे इंजीनियरिंग नहीं करना है।
- मैंने कहा कि मुझे आईएएस बनना है। बैकअप प्लान बनाते हुए डिस्कस के बाद तय हुआ कि 12वीं के बाद सीधे लॉ-ऑनर्स किया जाए, ताकि आईएएस में न हो तो वकालत का पेशा अपना लेंगे।
सफलता के मंत्र
- सबसे पहले तय किया कि एग्जाम देना है या नहीं। फिर सबकुछ छोड़कर जी-जान से सिर्फ इसी के लिए जुट गई।
- सिलेबस को ठीक पढ़ा, उसे 100 फीसदी कवर कर पाई।
- पढ़ाई शुरू करने से परीक्षा के बीच के वक्त और सिलेबस का आकलन किया, सिलेबस को उपलब्ध वक्त के बीच बांटा। और उसी हिसाब से टारगेट सेट कर पढ़ाई की।
बगैर कोचिंग सफलता

पहले अटेम्ट में प्रिलिम्स भी पास नहीं कर पाईं, दूसरी बार खुद की कमियों की लिस्ट बनाकर उन्हें दूर करने की स्ट्रेटजी बनाई, कोचिंग छोड़ी, खुद ही तैयारी की और ले आईं देश में 23वीं रैंक।

- पहला रिवीजन – 10 दिन
- दूसरा रिवीजन – 7 दिन
- तीसरा रिवीजन – 4 दिन
- परीक्षा से पहले अंतिम रिवीजन – 2 दिन

Mantra of success
- First of all, decide whether to give an exam or not. Then, leaving everything else and gathering for this purpose only.
Syllabus could read it properly, covered it 100 percent. - Assesses the time between the examinations and syllabus from starting studies, sharing between the time available to Syllabus. And accordingly set the target to study.
