Jamia University Counselling 2021

The counselling for admission to the university will be conducted after the publishing of the results. The candidates will be called for counselling based on merit prepared through the Entrance Test conducted by JMI (Except B.Tech, B.Arch, BDS).

At the time of counselling, candidates will be selected for the interview and other components. For B.Tech and B.Arch, the admissions will be based on the ranks of candidates in JEE Main 2021. Admission to BDS will be offered based on merit in NEET-2021.

Jamia University Counselling Schedule 2021

To participate in the counselling, candidates must appear in the entrance exam. No candidate will be permitted in the counselling without having a valid entrance exam scorecard. It is also necessary to fill the admission form and upload the qualifying exam marks. Check the schedule given below to participate in the counselling.

Jamia University Counselling Procedure 2021

Candidates have to register on the Jamia Admission portal to participate in the counselling. The candidates who will obtain above 30% marks in the descriptive part of the Entrance Test (wherever applicable) will be shortlisted for interview/admission.

Candidates will be called for counselling as per the rank in the merit list. Candidates must have the original documents to be eligible for admission through counselling. The required documents will be verified at the verification centre.

Based on candidate marks in the entrance test and filled choice, of course, they will be allotted the seats. Candidates can download the counselling letter from the website. The spot round admission will be conducted only if the seats will remain vacant after the counselling.

Jamia University Admission 2021

Jamia University admission will be started after the seat allotted to the candidate through counselling. With the allotment letter, candidates can report for claiming admission. Without having an allotment letter, the candidate will not be considered for admission.

Candidates whose results are awaited have to submit their results before 15th September 2019. If any candidate fails to submit it, their admission will be cancelled. Candidates also have to carry their original documents at the time of completing admission formalities.

The final admission will be offered after the GD and PI for some courses. The candidate should also submit the admission fee at the time of getting admission.
