Sir, on 6th June 2017 I filled up the online form, paid the fee by netbanking and successfully received their acknowledgment thanking me for using their online services. The pdf acknowledgment is 2-page reproduction of all the details I had filled in. I did not have to submit any document/s as they seem to rely on the updated details of my Aadhaar Card, because they fetched all the details of my Aadhaar Card including the photograph which are reproduced on their acknowledgment pages.

They have provided space at the top and at the bottom for signature. As I have changed my name, the signature also has changed. There is no instruction how to upload my signature which should appear on my new PAN card. At the top it is mentioned, “If you have digitally signed eKYC, there is no need to submit the signature”. I am not sure what digital signature or eKYC is all about. Please help me how to upload the signed form, or where to send the physical copy with signature. Thanks.
