• Duration: 1st Feb to 28^th Febandnbsp;
• Total Hour per day: 12 Hours andnbsp;
• Subject to be covered: ACCOUNTS, SFM, LAW andandnbsp;AUDITING
• Strategy: We need to Study 2 Subj. in a day for 6hrs a Subject; We can also reduce it to 5 hours.

Prioritization of topics:

Accounts– Ref. Only Notes, Practice Manual and Text Book

1. Accountingandnbsp;Standards – ( Avg. 40 Marks)
2. Valuationandnbsp;of Sharesandnbsp;and Goodwill.
3. Small Chapters like EVA, Brand valuation etc At last complete
4. Amalgamation and Restructuring.
5. CFS – At least Practice Manual Problems

Law– Ref. Only Sup Mantery Study Material , Munish Bhandari and Practice Manual

1. First complete those 45 sections which are added by Companies Act 2013.
2. Directors
3. After these two complete remaining company law and move toandnbsp;alliedandnbsp;laws.

Direct Tax- Ref. Only P M (Only Selected Chapters) and Vinod Gupta

1. Case Laws ( Both RTP and Supplementary Material )
2. Amendments (Given in Supplementary Material and RTP )

4. Capital Gainandnbsp;and gift topic
5. Assessment Procedure

Indirect Tax- Ref. Only P M (Only Selected Chapters) and Bangar
